Supporting adults is a HUGE part of our job as special educators. It’s important to build a strong team to have a successful year. Implementing a paraprofessional binder in your classroom can be super helpful!

So how did I go from “stupid” to a passionate high school math teacher? I built my own math confidence over the years and I’m excited to share the tips with you here.
